v1.0 - Modernize for current XeLaTeX and Polyglossia, fixing the old numbering incompatibility. - Require only one Bangla font, with fontspec-style setters, automatic bold/italic, and independent English and math font choices. Test six Bangla font families. - Improve Bangla numbering, alphabetic lists, references, citations, and math digits. Typed Western and Bangla digits keep their original script. - Preserve legacy font options and `changecounternumbering`. Remove `feature=0/1/2` and bundled theorem/layout styles; define these in your document or class.

LaTeXbangla – Enhanced LaTeX integration for Bangla
LaTeXbangla makes it possible to write Bangla documents with minimal setup and familiar LaTeX commands. Choose one Bangla font and write Bangla and English together, with automatic font switching that preserves your chosen English fonts. Features:
- Automatic Bangla/English font switching, with bold and italic fallbacks when needed.
- Bangla counter numbering, alphabetic list labels, and localized document headings.
- Integration with references, hyperlinks, and citations.
- Bangla text inside equations using `\text{...}`, and Bangla digits directly in mathematics, including unbraced superscripts and subscripts.
- Tested support for Kalpurush, SolaimanLipi, Siyam Rupali, Noto Serif Bengali, Noto Sans Bengali, and FreeSerif.
- Independent English and math font choices.
The package uses XeLaTeX and builds on fontspec and Polyglossia.
