New CTAN package: LogFilter

Date: February 14, 2002 8:01:28 PM CET
A new package has been installed on tug.ctan.org and should make its way through the mirroring process in the next day or two. A word about the license: this package is `nosource', meaning that it is supplied in binary format (a .jar file) and the source code for it is not made available. This renders the software non-free in the sense of the Debian Free Software Guidelines and many other free software advocates. Please note, however, that the license *does* allow free use and distribution of the software, but modification is generally not possible. For more, see the following link. http://www.ctan.org/tex-archive/help/Catalogue/licenses.html Thanks for the contribution, Jim Hefferon ftpmaint at tug.ctan.org =================================================================== The following information was provided by our fellow contributor.
