Xetal has only been tested on Sun 4. It can be built indifferently with lex, flex, yacc or bison (Just make the appropriate changes in the makefile). xetal – Strip TeX constructs from a file
Xetal removes TeX commands and mathematical stuff (subject to command-line controls). It can also number the output lines.
C, lex and yacc sources are supplied.
