Verzeichnis macros/xetex/latex/xecyr/doc/combined_hyphenation

Combined Russian-English hyphenation is now made simple: just combine
together hyphenation patterns (both types), then change
'loadhyph-ru.tex'. Please see examples to understand it better. Then, as
usual, re-compile format files.
