sc21 – Title page for the old ISO TC97/SC21 committee

A variant of the standard LaTeX 2.09 titlepage package, designed for “N-numbered” papers for the committee. (The committee covered, at various times, standardisation of OSI architecture, OSI upper layers, distributed processing, databases and graphics.)
