Why is the above mentioned package not avail via tlmgr install pgf-umlcd and only in MiKTeX?

There seems to be a new ruby version around which produces the error: csv2latex:52:in `gsub': invalid byte sequence in US-ASCII (ArgumentError) Any idea how to fix that?

I'm happy using LyX :D but there are some things that make me feel frustated. How can I install a new style of bibliography? How can be that ctang.org doesn't have a simple general manual that explains how to's?

Thanks for this, I just started documenting my Lua code code with his. However, it did not work from the start. Itried the examples, and also they did not work 100%. Then I noticed a certain pattern, and in fact my documentation works if I insert the following at the beginning of the file:

function class() -- dummy function to get this to work return "nothing" end X = class()

I noticed that the package txfont generates a \Lambda if I call $\openbox$. Enclosed you find a minimal example:

Good morning. I am newbie working with Latex, but I´ve got a problem. When I try to compile my .tex file, Texmaker ask me about install supp-pdf.mkii. I tried many respositories without success. What can I do? Thanks for your help!

How to Install to LyX?

Installation procedures should be listed under http://www.lyx.org/Download I've done this on Windows 7 by just downloading the installer and running it. Of course, I already had a TeX distribution installed (TeX Live, available from http://www.tug.org/texlive/).
