ltMermaid – Embed Mermaid diagrams in LaTeX
Embed Mermaid diagrams in LaTeX. Diagram sources are written to
disk, and the Mermaid CLI (mmdc) renders vector PDFs, which are then
included using \includegraphics.
mermaid.sty works with pdfLaTeX, XeLaTeX, upLaTeX,
and LuaLaTeX and calls the Mermaid CLI
through shellesc
or \write18). ltmermaid.sty is for
LuaLaTeX and calls the CLI through
Lua’s os.execute.
Both implementations provide the same macros, including
the Renderer option, the \Mermaid...
macros, and the mermaid environment. A diagram is
rendered only when its source or the renderer settings change,
and both packages support -output-directory.
