EURion – Overlay the EURion banknote-protection pattern on documents

This package overlays the five-circle EURion anti-photocopy constellation on document pages. It provides three modes: scatter, for banknote-style tiling across every page; corner, for a single discreet mark in a selected corner; and manual, for user placement with the \eurion command.

The color, size, density, rotation, and random seed are configurable. The package provides a visual reproduction only; it is not a real anti-counterfeiting feature.
