CTAN Update: extdash
New options controlling em-dash appearance are added in version 1.3 due to feedback from Frank Mittelbach: "allowbreakbefore" allows breaks before em-dash, "wordspacearound" and "nospacearound" modify spacing around em-dash, and the "shortemdash" option has been added as an alias to "cyremdash".
The package’s Catalogue entry can be viewed at https://ctan.org/pkg/extdash The package’s files themselves can be inspected at http://mirror.ctan.org/macros/latex/contrib/ncctools/ (extdash is part of the ncctools bundle!)
