Joachim Bre­it­ner sub­mit­ted the con­teq pack­age. Sum­mary de­scrip­tion: Au­to­mated lay­out of an con­tin­ued equal­ity Li­cense type: lppl An­nounce­ment text:
This pack­age al­lows you to write an con­tin­ued equal­ity such as \be­gin{con­teq} e^{\pi\cdot i} \\ = -1 & Euler's for­mula \\ < 0 & this is an in­equal­ity \\ < \sqrt 3 \\ = \int e^{-x^2} dx & this is due to Gauss. \end{con­teq} in a declar­a­tive man­ner and eas­ily switch be­tween var­i­ous lay­outs af­ter­wards. It is im­ple­mented us­ing LaTeX3 fea­tures.

con­teq – Type­set mul­ti­line con­tin­ued equal­i­ties

The pack­age pro­vides an en­vi­ron­ment con­teq, which will lay out sys­tems of con­tin­ued equal­i­ties (or in­equal­i­ties).

Sev­eral vari­ant lay­outs of the equal­i­ties are pro­vided, and the user may de­fine their own.

The pack­age is writ­ten us­ing 3 macros.
