Release 2.0 introduces a new bfnmore macro that allows productions to be more than one line long. The default font for terminal strings is now typewriter. The package option tsrm is introduced to allow terminal symbols to be printed in roman (normal) font if required.

backnaur – Typeset Backus Naur Form definitions
The package typesets Backus-Naur Form (BNF) definitions. It prints formatted lists of productions, with numbers if required. It can also print in-line BNF expressions using math mode.
