CTAN Update: icite
icite v1.2 - Indices locorum citatorum: - improved documentation, added a new section on how to format citations with the classics package in combination with icite. - (not a) bugfix: biblatex citation commands cannot be found inside \if ... \fi, otherwise autopunct becomes inoperative. icite gets around this. - added configurable delimiters: authors/titles and titles/pages.
The package’s Catalogue entry can be viewed at https://ctan.org/pkg/icite The package’s files themselves can be inspected at http://mirror.ctan.org/macros/latex/contrib/icite/

icite – Indices locorum citatorum
The package is designed to produce from BibTeX or BibLaTeX bibliographical databases the different indices of authors and works cited which are called indices locorum citatorum. It relies on a specific \icite command and can operate with either BibTeX or BibLaTeX.
