CTAN update: hangulmath
Major update. v0.8: hangulmath now works with pdfLaTeX (and latex + dvips/dvipdfmx) as well as XeLaTeX and LuaLaTeX. The bundled symbol fonts are also shipped as Type 1 fonts with TFM metrics and a map file; the output matches XeLaTeX, and the symbols can be copied from the PDF.

Thanks for the upload. For the CTAN Team Manfred Lotz CTAN is run entirely by volunteers and supported by TeX user groups. Please join a user group or donate to one, see https://ctan.org/lugs .
Hangulmath – Hangul jamo as mathematical symbols
Mathematical notation draws almost entirely on Latin and Greek letters. This package adds the 40 letters (jamo) of modern Korean Hangul as math symbols: 14 basic consonants, 5 double consonants, 10 basic vowels and 11 compound vowels.
Each symbol has an official name following the Revised Romanization of Korean (\giyeok, \nieun, ...), and consonants have a four-letter alias that is easy to remember (\giug, \niun, \diud, \liul, ...). Vowels are written as pronounced with a trailing h (\ah, \eoh, \uah). \hangulsum, \hangulint and \hangullima turn any symbol into a sum-, integral- or limit-like operator.
The package requires XeLaTeX or LuaLaTeX. The symbol glyphs come from a bundled subset of Noto Sans CJK KR (SIL OFL), so no Korean font needs to be installed.
