Data package: LaTeX macros returning Real Dental Costs’ U.S. dental price benchmarks by state (root canal, dentures, dental implant, crown: average/low/high self-pay price in USD for the 50 states and DC), national averages, and Medicaid paid-per-claim-line amounts per CDT code derived from HHS/CMS T-MSIS (2018-2024).
The package allows report and thesis authors to cite a benchmark with \rdcPrice{root-canal}{TX} instead of copying numbers by hand.
