arcs2 – Arcs over and under text or math
This is a tiny original LaTeX package providing \overarc, \underarc, \wideoverarc, and \wideunderarc for text and math. Optional letter-count argument (default 2). Works with bold and color.
Note: This package is independent of the historical CTAN package arcs; it does not modify or ship arcs.sty.
