revtex 4 "production" (i.e., non-beta) release

ctan is now mirroring the production version of revtex 4. changes
are:
macros/latex/contrib/supported/revtex4-beta has been withdrawn
macros/latex/contrib/supported/revtex is the new release
in parallel, the old (latex 2.09) version has been moved to
obsolete/macros/latex209/contrib/revtex
