catppuccinpalette now makes use of lthooks. Thus now it does not matter whether anymore it is loaded before or after hyperref. To the user not much changes (except lthooks needs to be available now).

catppuccinPalette – Provides (x)colors of catppuccin theme
“Catppuccin” is a nice pastel theme in four flavours/styles (Latte, Frappé, Macchiato, Mocha). This package defines these themes as xcolor colors.
