An upgrade of the coordsys package has been installed at tug.ctan.org and should make its way through the mirroring process in the next day or two. Thanks for the material, Jim Hefferon ftpmaint at tug.ctan.org ============================================================== Name of contribution: coordsys Author's name: Mogens Lemvig Hansen Location on CTAN: macros/latex/contrib/supported/coordsys Summary description: Coordinate systems, regular and logarithmic License type: lppl Announcement text given by the contribution's author: - ---------------------------------------------------------------------- The coordsys package provides commands for typesetting number lines (coordinate axes) and coordinate systems in the picture environment. The logsys package extends the coordsys package by providing logarithmic, semi-logarithmic, and double-logarithmic coordinate systems and grids. This version correct an error in the logarithmic grids and improves flexibility. - ----------------------------------------------------------------------

coordsys – Draw cartesian coordinate systems

The package provides commands for typesetting number lines (coordinate axes), coordinate systems and grids in the picture environment.

The package may be integrated with other drawing mechanisms: the documentation shows examples of drawing graphs (coordinate tables created by Maple), using the eepic package's drawing capabilities.
