CTAN has a new package: pinlabel.sty

Colin Rourke, of Mathematical Sciences Publishers, has provided a new package. the catalogue entry says: Pinlabel is a labelling package for attaching perfectly formatted TeX labels to figures and diagrams in both eps and pdf formats.
