stampinclude – Inclusion based on .aux file date stamps

This pack­age re­places \in­cludeonly and se­lects the files for \in­clude by in­spect­ing the times­tamp of the .aux file. The file is se­lected for in­clu­sion if the .aux file does not yet ex­ist or is older than the cor­re­spond­ing .tex file.
The pack­age is part of the oberdiek bun­dle.
