stampinclude – Inclusion based on .aux file date stamps
This package replaces \includeonly and selects the files for \include by inspecting the timestamp of the .aux file. The file is selected for inclusion if the .aux file does not yet exist or is older than the corresponding .tex file.
The package is part of the oberdiek bundle.
