that ol' daemon creeps out again, and gestures, as if to say: > Name of contribution: prerex > Author's name: Bob Tennent > Package version: 6.2 > Location on CTAN: graphics/prerex > Summary description: Macros for prerequisite charts, with associated > editor and viewer applications > License type: lppl > > > Announcement text given by the package's contributor: > ---------------------------------------------------------------------- > The prerex editor now can do multi-level undo of editing > operations. The vprerex application now uses two separate windows to > avoid apparently intractable focus issues when the editing window was > embedded in the viewer window. The style file prerex.sty is unchanged. thanks for the upload; i have installed the new version, and updated the catalogue repository. > Users may view the package catalogue entry at > http://www.tex.ac.uk/tex-archive/help/Catalogue/entries/prerex.html > or they may browse the package directory at > http://www.tex.ac.uk/tex-archive/graphics/prerex/ The catalogue entry will change (somewhat) overnight tonight. prerex – Interactive editor and macro support for prerequisite charts

This package consists of prerex.sty, a package for producing charts of course nodes linked by arrows representing pre- and co-requisites, and prerex, an interactive program for creating and editing chart descriptions. The implementation of prerex.sty uses PGF, so that it may be used equally happily with or pdf; prerex itself is written in C.

The package includes source code for a previewer application, a lightweight Qt-4 and poppler-based prerex-enabled PDF viewer.
