tabularht – Tabular environments with height specified

The tab­u­larht pack­age de­fines some en­vi­ron­ments that add a height spec­i­fi­ca­tion to tab­u­lar and ar­ray en­vi­ron­ments. The de­fault set of new en­vi­ron­ments take a value for their height in the first ar­gu­ment: de­fined en­vi­ron­ments are: tab­u­larht, tab­u­larht* and ar­rayht. If pack­age tab­u­larx is also loaded, the pack­age also de­fines en­vi­ron­ments tab­u­larxht and tab­u­larxht*.
The places where stretch­ing is to hap­pen are sig­nalled by\noalign{\vfill} im­me­di­ately af­ter the \\ that ends a row of the ta­ble or ar­ray.
