fnpct – Manage footnote marks’ interaction with punctuation

The pack­age moves foot­note marks af­ter fol­low­ing punc­tu­a­tion (comma or full stop), and ad­justs kern­ing as ap­pro­pri­ate.
As a side ef­fect, a change to the han­dling of mul­ti­ple foot­notes is pro­vided.
