nccfoots – User-generated footnote marks

Im­ple­ments com­mands for gen­er­at­ing foot­notes whose marks you are re­quired to pro­vide. For ex­am­ple, to mark a foot­note by a star you can write \Foot­note{*}{Foot­note text}.
