This is an (un­fin­ished) pack­age for sup­port of Guarani, which is the main lan­guage spo­ken in Paraguay. The bun­dle pro­vides Ba­bel sup­port for writ­ing in Guarani, to­gether with an in­pu­tenc def­i­ni­tion file for a win­dows Guarani code page.
