fix2col – Fix miscellaneous two column mode features

Fix mark han­dling so that \first­mark is taken from the first col­umn if that col­umn has any marks at all; keep two col­umn floats like fig­ure* in se­quence with sin­gle col­umn floats like fig­ure.
