eso-pic – Add picture commands (or backgrounds) to every page

Eso-pic is an ex­ten­sion of ev­eryshi. Us­ing ev­eryshi's \EveryShipout com­mand, eso-pic adds one or more user com­mands to LaTeX's shipout ac­tions.
