artex – Make filecontents environments of non-standard files or packages
ArTeX is a Perl script which simplifies the exchange of LaTeX
documents between collaborating authors or between author and
publisher.
ArTeX analyzes a LaTeX 2e document to determine whether it loads
any non-standard files. If non-standard files are identified,
ArTeX creates filecontents or filecontents* environments for them
and adds these environments to the input document. The new
document can be processed successfully on any system with a
standard installation of LaTeX 2e.
