Besides the usual bug fixes, some of the changes in this version include coverage of \makeatletter and \makeatother, \@startsection, and commands for writing classes and packages, as well as improvements in the descriptions of floats, the letter environment, \raisebox, \onecolumn and \twocolumn, and many more. The French and English versions track closely; a maintainer for the Spanish version would be welcome. Suggestions, bug reports, all discussion welcome. The package home page (with links to mailing lists, formatted versions, etc.) is https://puszcza.gnu.org.ua/software/latexrefman/.

latex2e-help-texinfo – Unofficial reference manual covering LaTeX2ε
The manual is provided as Texinfo source (which was originally derived from the VMS help file in the DECUS TeX distribution of 1990, with many subsequent changes). This is a collaborative development, and details of getting involved are to be found on the package home page. A Spanish translation is included here, and a French translation is available as a separate package.
All the other formats in the distribution are derived from the Texinfo source, as usual.
