Thanks to the new French Translations by Damien Calesse (github.com/kranack), changelog is now translated to German (Holger Schieferdecker), Spanish (David Arnold <dar at xoe.solutions>), and French as well as the original English strings.

This package provides a changelog environment (which itself provides a version environment) to represent a changelog. The package supports multiple authors, unreleased changes, and yanked (revoked) releases.
