Summary description: AI disclosure for mathematics

Announcement text:<hr>The mathAIdisclose package is designed to help mathematics researchers disclose AI use transparently
and in a standardised way. It builds on the cleveref package to reference indexed lemmas, theorems
or definitions when generating the AI disclosure. There are two different styles of AI disclosure
available, one using footnotes, and one generating a disclosure at the end of the document.
