Summary description: Procedurally generated floral page margins for LuaLaTeX, with a TikZ library for pdfLaTeX

Announcement text:
florilegium draws procedurally generated floral margins in LuaLaTeX documents. Every shape is computed in Lua from a seed and painted as ink washes. Version 2.0.1, the first on CTAN, grows species sampled from genomes of botanical traits, with visitors (insects, snails, birds) that suit the flowers. A TikZ library draws the same plants as pics, using pure TikZ under pdfLaTeX, or quickly through Lua under LuaLaTeX.

Headings can get flowers, a document can age through the seasons, and there are decorated initials, ornaments and two alternative themes. A playground runs in the browser at https://kevinraymond.github.io/florilegium/.
