chiTeX is a chinese TeX and LaTeX --- by Hung-Yih Chen

chiTeX has two versions:
    (1) chiTeX for Windows with miktex.
        (for traditional chinese and for english
             Win2000/Windows XP/Windows Vista/Windows 7
        )

    (2) chiTeX for unix with tetex/texlive
         (for Linux and FreeBSD)
