xkvltxp – Provision for expandable macros in package options

When xkvltxp is loaded it patches the LaTeX ker­nel to al­low ex­pand­able macros in pack­age op­tions. As a re­sult, the user can put xkey­val key in­vo­ca­tions in the op­tions of pack­ages.
