pfnote – Number footnotes per page

The pack­age con­trives to re­set the foot­note num­ber for each page of the doc­u­ment (not as sim­ple a job as it might seem). Other pack­ages that can do this job are foot­npag, per­page and foot­misc.
The pack­age is part of the yafoot bun­dle of foot­note fa­cil­i­ties.
