namespc – Rudimentary C++-like namespaces in LaTeX

The name­spc pack­age adds rudi­men­tary C++-like names­pace func­tion­al­ity to LaTeX. It may be used to de­clare lo­cal LaTeX com­mands, which can be made ac­ces­si­ble in a later con­texts with­out defin­ing them glob­ally.
