inlinebib – Citations in footnotes

A BibTeX style and a LaTeX pack­age that al­low for a full bib­li­og­ra­phy at the end of the doc­u­ment as well as ci­ta­tion de­tails in foot­notes. The foot­note de­tails in­clude "op. cit." and "ibid." con­trac­tions.
