ftn – LaTeX footnotes anywhere

De­fines a com­mand to mod­ify any en­vi­ron­ment (ex­cept floats) to pre­serve foot­notes. The pack­age, by de­fault, ap­plies the com­mand to tab­u­lar, ar­ray, mini­page and eq­nar­ray(!) en­vi­ron­ments.
