epstool – Manipulate Encapsulated PostScript (EPS)
Epstool is a utility to create or extract preview images in EPS files, fix bounding boxes and convert to bitmaps.
Versions are available for Windows, and source is provided for Unix.
The package is no longer available on CTAN; it is distributed as part of gsview from its home page.
