This package provides many macros used by me, also copied from other packages such as relsize. some are low-level, such as \@ifnextcat, \@ifnextif, probably the main is \DeclareCommand to define command with weird optional arguments. This update provides major development of \DeclareCommand, such as "Knuthian" arguments (as in TeX Book chap.20) and \afterassignment pseudo-argument.

Miscellaneous macros used by others of the author’s packages.
Contents of the package: \newgif and other globals; \@ifnextcat and \@ifXeTeX; \(Re)storeMacro(s) to override redefinitions; \afterfi and friends; commands from relsize, etc.; “almost an environment” or redefinition of \begin (\begin* doesn't check if the argument environment is defined).
