CTAN submission – allrunes 2.0

I have uploaded a new version (2.0) of the allrunes font collection
and LaTeX package to ftp.dante.de/incoming/ (as allrunes.zip).
Please remove the files in /fonts/allrunes and replace them with
the new ones. The allrunes is still free (dfsg).
Keep the CTAN Catalogue description:
Fonts and LaTeX package for almost all runes.
This collection of fonts and the LaTeX package gives access to
almost all runes ever used in Europe. It covers not only the main
forms but also a lot of varieties.
The new version has more runic characters, other minor enhancements,
and in addition to the mf-source, the main varieties of the fonts
also comes as type1 fonts.
